At the last edition of Workplace Dinner in Berlin, one message came through loud and clear: workplaces work best when the community shapes them. We shared how we actively listen to guest feedback and translate those insights directly into our food program, continuously adapting our menus, concepts, and experiences to meet real workplace needs. Together with Bjørn Hoffmann from taktonika, we explored how employee feedback helps shape smarter offices and better food experiences. In ons artikel van vandaag op Marketingfacts bespreken we: · De kracht van transparantie over verborgen milieu- en sociale kosten. · Hoe communicatie duurzame keuzes beïnvloedt. 👉 link naar Marketingfacts: Zijn consumenten bereid om vrijwillig meer te betalen voor hun lunch als ze weten wat de impact is op mens en milieu? Vorig jaar heb ik samen met Sjoukje Goldman 🌿 en Anke Vermeer een praktijkonderzoek uitgevoerd bij marketingcommunicatiebureau dentsu Benelux in Amsterdam. Samen met innovatieve cateraar Join Program en de organisatie True Price onderzochten we hoe we medewerkers via een bestel-app kunnen motiveren om te kiezen voor de ‘echte prijs’ voor hun broodbuffet. Hierbij hebben we eveneens verschillende communicatiestijlen getest met de oproep om de true price te betalen. Onze belangrijkste inzichten: - Inzicht activeert: consumenten die gedetailleerd inzicht kregen in de true price gap (de verborgen kosten), kozen significant vaker voor de duurzame optie (11,7%) dan wanneer zij slechts beperkte informatie kregen (8,2%). - Design als drager van de boodschap: transparantie werkt pas echt als de keuze zichtbaar is. Door de 'true price' als gelijkwaardige optie naast de reguliere prijs te tonen, steeg de bereidheid om te betalen van 1,4% naar 10,2%. - Kies een passende tone of voice: kies de communicatiestijl die past bij de identiteit van de organisatie. They were also invited to help shape one of the recipes with us and were welcomed to a cooking session with the Food Curation team.
