What if hiring didn’t start with resumes? Today, we’re introducing a new model at Internset, one that shifts hiring toward training before hiring and proof of capability. As hiring moves toward skills-based evaluation, most signals, resumes, degrees, even portfolios, are still self-reported and hard to verify. This creates friction in identifying real talent. We think the model needs to change. Instead of “hire, then train,” we’re enabling organizations to: - Train talent before making a hiring decision - Evaluate based on demonstrated capability - Identify readiness earlier in the process - Reduce uncertainty and improve hiring outcomes At the infrastructure level, this is supported by a system designed to be verifiable and auditable, including a blockchain-based verification and settlement layer powered by Stipent (STPN: Polygon).
