  • [Client Success Story] Creating an intranet isn’t just about putting content in one place. It’s about making communication actually work. We recently worked with a leading UK real estate development company to replace a legacy intranet that had become difficult to evolve and no longer reflected the scale and ambition of the organisation. Together, we designed and delivered a modern SharePoint Online intranet that is: ✅ Built on clear, scalable architecture ✅ Focused on news and communications ✅ Designed for consistency across teams ✅ Governed in a way that supports long-term growth The result is a sustainable, accessible intranet that aligns with their wider Microsoft 365 strategy and supports better communication across the organisation.

[Client Success Story] It’s not the volume of information that’s the problem for most organisations, it’s how it’s managed. This story is a good example of what happens when that’s tackled properly. A move away from legacy platforms and siloed file storage turned into a multi-year transformation programme focused on: ✅ Structuring information around business functions ✅ Embedding retention and security into everyday working ✅ Replacing manual processes with modern applications ✅ Creating a more intuitive, unified user experience Alongside this, a lot of thought went into adoption, making sure people understood not just how to use the platform, but why it works better. The end result? A clean, navigable environment, stronger governance, and a platform that can grow with the organisation. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/eGJJWQ2R

  • If you work with the Power Platform, you’ve probably already heard the news: Microsoft has announced that the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit is no longer actively maintained. Unsurprisingly, this has caused a fair amount of confusion. Some have taken this to mean the CoE Starter Kit has been retired or deprecated, implying it should be phased out entirely, or that continuing to use it could introduce security or reliability risks over time. That interpretation isn’t quite right. While Microsoft is increasingly delivering governance and administration capabilities directly through the Power Platform Admin Center, the CoE Starter Kit still addresses several critical needs that the PPAC hasn’t fully caught up with yet. In this blog, we unpack what Microsoft’s announcement actually means, clear up some common misconceptions, and share our view on what organisations should do next. 👉 https://lnkd.in/eA9JFCNm

Process automation is where AI stops being a “strategy” and turns into a delivery problem. Not because the tools are immature. But because this work forces you to confront the real operating system of the business. The undocumented handoffs. The inboxes acting as workflow engines. The “spreadsheet that only Sharon understands.” This is also where a lot of AI programmes quietly stall. With a six-week detour to get access to a folder. As part of the aibl AI Enablement Directory, we’re mapping the UK firms that do this bit properly. The ones who can go into the workflow, untangle the process, and automate the document layer without breaking everything downstream. A few we’ve identified: CPS Intelogy Thought Machine Section Guildhawk Blue Precision Technologies Ltd Wavenet Magora Solvaa - AI & Automation Enablement Partners flowio If you’ve worked with any of them, I’d be interested to hear what the delivery looked like in the real world. And if we’ve missed someone who is genuinely good at process + document automation (not just demos), drop them in the comments. Run an AI implementation business? • Microsoft has introduced Quick Steps: a new column type that lets people take one‑click actions directly from SharePoint lists and document libraries. No complex Power Automate builds. No jumping through menus. Just clear, visible buttons. In this guide, we walk through: ✅ What Quick Steps are ✅ The actions you can trigger with a single click ✅ How conditional visibility keeps interfaces clean ✅ Where Quick Steps fit alongside approvals, rules, and flows This is worth a quick read 👇 https://lnkd.in/e4T5c6X9
