Mortgage auditors, what if 80% of your audit was already done before you opened your laptop? No backlog from yesterday. No hours lost cross-checking the same fields across documents. Just flagged exceptions, ready for you to review. Infrrd's MortgageCheckai handles the extraction, validation, and cross-checking and surfaces only what needs an auditor's call. So that you can finally walk in as an auditor, not a data entry operator. Learn more about MortgageCheckai: https://lnkd.in/gv_ng4_V

There’s nothing like the thrill/terror of doing tech demos live (kind of like running loan production!), which is why I’m so fired up 🔥for year 2 of The Basis Point®’s HousingStack Live collab with HousingWire at The Gathering. This live-on-stage demo program will highlight how 4 fintech teams are using AI to reinvent LOS, CRM, and loan production overall. Below is the rundown (Tue April 28, 11:15am in Austin). Please come join us, and can’t wait to see these teams and all of you there – we’ve got lots of useful intel for you… - The Basis Point® / Julian Hebron, Founder | State of Mortgage Tech - Sure Send CRM / Preston Guyton, Founder & CEO | AI-Assisted CRM For Retail Loan Officers (and Realtors!) - Infrrd / Rahul Pasricha, Account Executive & Pre-Sales | MortgageCheck AI Workflows For Intake, UW, & Servicing - Tavant / Kayla Eames, Product Manager | Touchless Automation for Underwriters, LOs, Processors - Dark Matter Technologies / Craig Rebmann, Product Evangelist | Empower AI-Powered LOS Platform From Interest to Close Huge props to the HW crew for giving the fintech community such a big stage with HousingStack Live: Clayton Collins, Diego Sanchez, Brena Nath Swanson, Makenna Clay, Jennifer Watson Laws, Adina Ritter, Samantha Stein, Zebulon Lowe, Allison LaForgia. Please ping me with questions 💪…
You’re spending real money on mortgage leads. Good money. And somewhere between the inquiry and the closed loan, they just disappear. And in today’s market? That loss hits harder than it did six months ago. Every broken process now costs more. Every delay hurts conversions. Every missed follow-up compounds the problem. So what’s actually killing your mortgage conversions in 2026? It’s not what most teams think. Read to find out 👇
You already have OCR in your mortgage workflows, and think that’s enough? That might have been a great plan in 2016. But in 2026, it won’t cut it. So what actually does? Access the eBook to find out: https://lnkd.in/gMpA4v5u
Meet Jitendra Ranganathan, Senior Manager in the Product Engineering team at Infrrd. We still remember the closing lines from your first day's LinkedIn post: “The information deluge notwithstanding, which will take me several days to parse, I found myself looking forward to taking on what’s impending, head-on, working with what I felt was an extremely driven and collaborative bunch of dreamers.” Today, a year and a half later, we’re proud of the contributions you’ve made and the impact you continue to create with the team.
What’s the most important thing to consider when choosing a document automation tool? If you think it’s just talking to the vendor and watching a product demo, you’re wrong. Polished demos look great, but they often crack in real production environments. There’s something else the top 1% of enterprises rely on when evaluating Intelligent Document Processing vendors, and it was revealed in the live session, “Buying IDP in 2026.” Missed it? The you’ll want to watch this 👇 Get the full recording: https://lnkd.in/gVK2kwBn Here’s what you’ll walk away with: → A battle-tested framework to evaluate IDP vendors → The questions vendors hope you never ask → How to validate STP claims before you commit → A complimentary IDP vendor evaluation checklist
Last week, Suraj Jayaraman sat down with IDP strategy expert David Owen, joined by 40+ FSI operations and lending leaders, for the webinar “Buying IDP in 2026." Missed the webinar? No worries. For the first year at Infrrd, circa 2017, we had a demo problem we couldn't see. Every first call, we'd show prospects our pre-trained model — genuinely impressive accuracy — and then ask them to send us 200 documents before we could prove it would work for them. Not 5. Not 10. Two freaking hundred documents! Deals weren't closing. We couldn't understand why. Our accuracy was better than anyone else's in the market. "Why don't customers get it?" Then I showed the demo to one of my advisors, expecting a tap on the shoulder. I can still hear his feedback like it was yesterday: it was the worst product demo he had ever seen in his life. That stung. But it cracked something open. Customers don't buy what they cannot experience. They buy confidence that this will solve their problem. The burden of making that case sits entirely on the product — not on the customer's patience, their imagination, or their willingness to hand over 200 training documents. We spent the next 3 months rebuilding. New storyline. New algorithms. New experience. The new demo started with a magic moment: we asked the customer to upload their own document — live on the call, zero training, zero preparation. And it worked. That single moment did more for our pipeline than two years of accuracy benchmarks ever had. The best AI products don't just work. They make customers see how they can change their world — in the first five minutes. [7/100]
