Direct sales or sell-through? Want to build high LTV or grow fast across markets? Both? What would you do? Building in and scaling across the European market, and beyond, the fastest way forward is to leverage local expertise, local partners, and tap into the trust that already has been built between end-users and their preferred technology service provider. Sitting at the Forrester B2B Summit in sunny Phoenix while this year’s theme is a little more…. well, doom and gloom. GTM strategies have reached their breaking point, your buyers can no longer see you and you can’t see them. I agree that AI and zero-click search mean our traditional demand generation strategies aren’t working. But I see opportunities here to shake up some of those “table-stakes” marketing intitiaves that have always had nebulous results (I’m looking at you over reliance on paid search). And challenge our ideas of how we’ve looked at brand and demand as siloed approaches. This week, I’m really interested to speak with my fellow marketers on how they are solving some of these challenges, what they are seeing in their own organizations, and where they see the opportunities this “GTM singularity” is creating.
