We are pleased to welcome Renyl Rauf as an Independent Board Advisor at HUNTR (Techstars New York) Renyl is a senior finance, strategy, and transformation leader with multi-decade experience across capital-intensive industries, advanced technology, and global businesses. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer across multiple entities within the G42 ecosystem, one of the most significant AI and technology platforms in the region, leading financial strategy, capital planning, governance, and portfolio oversight. His career includes playing a central role in the IPO of Bayanat Smart Solutions on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in 2022, followed by the merger of Bayanat with Yahsat Space Services to form Space42 , now one of the Middle East’s most prominent space and geospatial technology companies. He has also been deeply involved in public and private capital raising, cross-border M&A, post-merger integration, and large-scale transformation programmes across regulated and capital-intensive environments. At Huntr, we are building the infrastructure layer for workforce mobility, operating at the intersection of enterprises, governments, and global talent ecosystems. As we scale across the Middle East and into international markets, institutional positioning, governance discipline, and capital strategy become foundational. Renyl will advise our board and leadership team on: 1. Institutional readiness and governance as Huntr scales 2. Capital strategy, fundraising, and long-term value creation 3. Navigating complex government, enterprise, and cross-border ecosystems Renyl brings deep engagement across the Abu Dhabi sovereign ecosystem, along with strong operating relationships in the United States, GCC, and Asia. He is currently active as an independent board advisor and strategic partner to founders, boards, and investors, operating at board and shareholder level with a long-term, disciplined approach. His career has consistently focused on building high performing workforces at scale, improving people systems, and upgrading how large companies think about talent, operations, and workforce planning. We’re building demand and supply forecasting models to optimize global labor migration pipelines — connecting large enterprises to service providers, i.e recruitment agencies, training and government organizations to access skilled blue-collar talent from across Asia and Africa.
