Réunion trimestrielle : on fait le point… sans perdre le cap. On a récemment pris le temps de lever la tête du guidon (oui, ça arrive 😄) pour partager où on en est… et surtout où on va. Quelques signaux plutôt encourageants : -L’international accélère. On ne se contente plus de suivre le mouvement, on prend clairement de la vitesse. -Un modèle qui évolue: Le passage du Run à l’Outsourcing se confirme. Une transformation en profondeur, pensée pour aller plus loin avec nos clients. -Des résultats solides: Sans spoiler les prochains épisodes, les indicateurs sont au vert. Et ça fait du bien. -Une visibilité qui monte: On ne fait plus seulement partie du paysage — on commence à bien s’y installer. Et surtout… -Un collectif toujours au rendez-vous Parce qu’au-delà des chiffres, c’est bien l’énergie des équipes qui fait la différence. Merci à toutes et tous pour l’engagement au quotidien.
