  • We’re happy to roll out Client Grouping — the first feature following our HelpWire Web Portal redesign and one of your top requests. 🛠️ How it works: Open Groups in the left toolbar, click “+” to create a group, then assign clients via the new Group field in their profiles (or add new clients прямо inside a group). 👉 Why it matters: It brings clear structure for Operators working with multiple companies — cleaner lists, faster navigation, better organization. 🔜 What’s next: Client Grouping is step one toward advanced access control.
