This summer marks the opening of our fifth Electric Forecourt at Markham Vale - a major milestone featuring 22 EV charging bays from launch, which will help it become the go-to destination for drivers along the M1 ⚡ While the site takes shape, General Manager Ross Watson has been immersing himself in the GRIDSERVE experience, spending time across our other flagship locations to understand what makes our Forecourts the best-in-class. Our latest Easter campaign ‘Dog-E-days’ was built on primary research with 2,000 UK dog owners, uncovering a powerful insight: EV drivers aren’t just planning journeys for themselves, they’re planning them for their dogs. ⚡ 58% let their dog influence holiday destinations ⚡ 36% choose stop-off locations based on dog-friendly amenities ⚡ The average journey break with a pet lasts 42 minutes Better understanding our dog-owning audience shaped a campaign designed to demonstrate the real-world value of GRIDSERVE Plus membership beyond the 25% charging discount.   Instead of telling customers what the product does, we showed them how it fits into their lives: 🐾 Dog-E Bags for Plus members 🐾 Pet Paw-traits at Electric Forecourts 🐾 A better experience for both driver and co-pilot   The result? Strong awareness in six national titles and meaningful behavioural change delivered through real growth in app installs and GRIDSERVE Plus memberships, helping reinforce our position as the ultimate EV charging experience. 🚗 ⚡ 🐶
