NEW PROJECT: Napa Creek Manor | Napa, CA We’re excited to kick off the full renovation of Napa Creek Manor — a transformative project that will revitalize the Napa community. PROJECT SCOPE: • 10 Buildings | 86 Units • Full interior unit renovations and upgrades • Renovation of all common areas including clubhouse, laundry, and gathering spaces • Elevator replacements and full property power upgrades • ADA improvements throughout • Complete exterior façade refresh and site enhancements This is a comprehensive redevelopment effort, and what makes it particularly meaningful is the level of coordination required across an active residential environment. Delivering this successfully will require precision, planning, and a deep respect for the residents who call this community home. We’re proud to be partnering with RAHD Group (Ownership), Arrowhead Housing, Inc. (Property Management), and CREDE (Construction Management) — a team of professionals that has demonstrated a strong commitment to collaboration and alignment. The schedule is aggressive but achievable, because it’s built on early coordination, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
