When we first invested in Gotham FC, we stated that our ambition was bigger than winning championships. Two and a half years later, we've won two National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) titles, captured the inaugural CONCACAF W Champions Cup, tripled club revenue, and set attendance and partnership records across the league. But what excites me most isn't what we've accomplished - it's what comes next. Today, we're announcing a leadership structure built for the next chapter. Mark Zarthar joins as Club President to lead our commercial and business strategy. Yael Averbuch West has been promoted to President of Soccer Operations, reflecting the extraordinary program she's built and the culture she's established. And Ryan Dillon, who helped build the business from the ground up, returns to Next 3 Ventures as Chief Growth Officer. This is what scaling a club looks like: investing in the people and structure to match the scale of the ambition. We're building one of the most iconic sports brands in the world, and this team is how we get there.
