🚀 Innovation In Focus
Recently, the GienTech Agent Innovation Competition concluded successfully, featuring dozens of intelligent solution proposals across financial service enablement, business transformation, marketing growth, risk control, data analysis, and operational efficiency. Against this backdrop, this article introduces GienTech’s AIOps Integrated Migration and Operations Agent, focusing on production O&M and migration assurance scenarios.
🎯 Designed for Complex Production Environments
As enterprise digital transformation continues to deepen, production environments are facing growing system scale, rising system complexity, and greater demands for cross-team collaboration. In daily O&M monitoring, production incident handling, system migration, and environment switching, stronger requirements are being placed on timely anomaly detection, accurate issue diagnosis, and coordinated handling. In response, GienTech has introduced the AIOps Integrated Migration and Operations Agent, building a closed-loop O&M framework for 24/7 production environments around three core capabilities: automatic detection, automatic diagnosis, and assisted handling.
💡 Ontology-driven Intelligence
The solution is built on ontology as its foundational cognitive framework. Operational knowledge previously scattered across expert experience, historical cases, operating manuals, and routine processes is reorganized into a unified semantic structure that can be understood and invoked by the system. Centered on four core elements — Object, Relation, Rule, and Action — the framework transforms O&M knowledge from experience-based expression into structured expression.
👏 Closed-loop Operation
The agent supports two working modes: automatic inspection and manual triggering. It continuously detects abnormal signals such as alerts, metrics, and logs, while also allowing O&M personnel to initiate assisted analysis when suspicious anomalies are identified. Both modes generate the same structured output — Conclusion + Evidence + Recommendation — which can be pushed into O&M systems or work order workflows, forming a complete closed loop from detection to output.
✨ Serving both daily O&M and integrated migration-and-operations scenarios, the solution follows three key principles: explainability, controllability, and auditability. Overall, it takes ontology as its foundation, reasoning and rules as its backbone, and closed-loop handling as its objective, providing a systematic approach to intelligent O&M in production environments.
