Social networks figured this out years ago: the content you see is shaped by how you browse, what you engage with, and what keeps you coming back. It's why you can scroll forever. But when you visit a brand's website? Everyone gets the same homepage, the same nav, the same journey. Doesn't matter if you're a first-time visitor or a repeat buyer. We think that's dumb. And quite frankly a missed opportunity. Right now, we're building an AI Statamic addon that brings personalized content experiences to the websites we build. Not just AI-assisted copywriting, but actual personalization. Navigation, content, and suggestions that adapt based on how a visitor browses, what they're looking for, and what's most relevant to them in that moment. Think of it like an Instagram algorithm, but working for the brand and the visitor by surfacing information people actually want to discover instead of burying it three clicks deep. This is what we're calling the personalized economy. The expectation that digital experiences should feel tailored isn't new. Every major platform already does it. But most brand websites are still static brochures wearing nice fonts. What we're building changes that at the CMS level, making personalization a native part of how content is managed and delivered. That is the actual power of AI.

Sometimes the best technology at a live event is the kind you don't notice. This year marked our fourth season partnering with Ally on their NASCAR on-site activations, and it was easily the most ambitious evolution of the footprint to date. Ally introduced a dedicated VIP experience for Ally clients, and that shift opened the door to rethink how guests move through, interact with, and are rewarded within the space. For several years, we’ve imagined the power of a fully NFC-driven system that could manage guest flow, participation, rewards, and redemption across an entire activation footprint. This season, we finally had the opportunity to bring that vision to life. The goal was simple on paper: make the experience feel fast, elevated, and intentional. In practice, that meant designing a system that worked reliably in challenging environments, scaled across multiple touchpoints, and still felt intuitive for guests and staff alike. The result was an activation that felt truly frictionless and behind the scenes, gave us real-time visibility into guest flow, engagement, and where to adjust staffing on the fly. The most effective on-site experiences right now are the ones where digital removes barriers rather than creates them — shorter lines, smarter flow, moments that feel effortless to the guest even when the infrastructure behind them is anything but simple. That doesn't always mean technology runs quietly in the background. Sometimes it's the main event. What matters most is that technology should always be intentional and in service of the experience. That's the standard we think is worth chasing.
