Big ideas need a big stage. Sometimes, they also need a new visual language to explain them. 🧠✨ We’ve had the incredible opportunity to partner with the innovators at Super Hi-Fi to help bring their Neural Programming technique to life. When Ryan Taylor approached us with the neuroscience behind how listeners experience music, we knew we had a unique creative challenge on our hands. They are pioneering an entirely new way to program music based on how the human brain processes reward and engagement. 🏀 Conferences can be stuffy. The MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference is anything but. The mission? Refresh a legacy event without losing its soul. ⚾ When this year's team of students approached us for the event's 20th anniversary, we knew we had big shoes to fill. Founding Creative stepped in as the new design partner and had the honor of bringing everything to life: badges, social assets, directional signage, and more. Our biggest highlight was creating a massive environmental timeline exhibit that charted 20 remarkable years of history. 🏈 As for the student leadership team at Massachusetts Institute of Technology? Absolute legends. They made fast-paced look easy and kept the vibes high while we collaboratively overhauled everything as one team. 👏 Huge thanks for trusting us to evolve the event and celebrate big. They say good things come to those who wait, but great things come to those who pivot and polish. 💫 Helping the Moss team bring the Energy Summit to life was the ultimate creative puzzle. From designing all those slides to the directional signage that guided 380 teammates across Orlando, it was an honor to ensure the visual experience matched the #OneMoss energy in the room. It’s rare to find a partner that treats a "reset" as an opportunity to build something even better, and seeing the pictures of the event is the best finale we could ask for.
In 2024, we canceled our Energy Summit <24 hours before kickoff because Hurricane Helene was tracking straight toward Florida. 🌀 Flights were booked. Teams were on the way. Months of work—stopped. ❌ It wasn’t an easy call, but it was the right one. We pivoted, reset, and got back to work. Not just "copy-pasting" the original—rebuilding it into something even better. 💫 Last month in Orlando, we FINALLY made it happen. Over 2.5 days, 380 teammates from 18 states came together—Project Managers, Superintendents, and leaders from across the business. ⚡ 54 speakers. 34 presentations. 600+ slides. ✅ What stood out most though was being in the room together again as #OneMoss. You could feel the energy. People leaning in, sharing ideas, and pushing each other to get better. This took a huge team effort across SMC, HR T&D, and Operations... along with great partners from Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, Founding Creative, Sharon Franz, and Kevin Moreno. ✨ Huge shoutout to everyone who helped bring this together.... we would need ultra long "Star Wars"-style film credits to name everyone 😉, but you know who you are! Funny how something that didn’t happen the first time ended up meaning even more when it finally did. #EnergySummit #Moss 💚

Last week Moss & Associates (Construction) held our 2026 Energy Summit in Orlando, FL! This amazing event couldn't have happened without the hard work of our SMC team and event volunteers. I managed the branding and creative deliverables for this event, effectively "Moss-ifying" the hotel. 💚 A big thank you to Founding Creative for the art direction and their work on our hotel signage! We always enjoy partnering with you. 11th Hour Printing Solutions produced and installed the beautiful graphics for us with precision. And a huge thank you to Kevin Moreno for capturing our event photos & videos!
