Every strong company has people behind the scenes who quietly shape its direction. Today, I want to recognize one of ours. Nenad Knežev one of our senior technology leaders at Forwardslash. In an industry where ego can sometimes be louder than ability, Nenad is the opposite. Incredibly humble, always approachable, and the kind of leader who will stop what he’s doing to help a teammate think through a challenge. No noise. Just presence. But what makes him truly exceptional is not only his character it’s his depth of talent. Nenad is one of the most naturally gifted engineers I’ve had the privilege to work alongside. His programming instincts, architectural thinking, and ability to simplify complex systems continue to elevate the level of work we deliver to our clients. And lately, he has been leading something especially important for our future. As AI rapidly reshapes how software is built, Nened has been focused on thoughtfully implementing AI standards and practices across our workflows not chasing trends, but integrating tools in ways that make our teams smarter, faster, and more precise.
