Stop waiting on engineering. Build your AI workforce today.

About us

Nearly 50% of all AI agents deployed today are in software engineering. The other half of your company — ops, sales, finance, customer service — is still doing it manually. Fay changes that. It's an AI Workforce Platform that lets non-technical teams build and deploy powerful agents and workflows through plain language prompts. No code. No engineers. No six-month implementation. Describe the work. Fay builds the workforce.

I typed one sentence. 30 seconds later, an AI agent onboarded an employee across 6 tools: accounts, paperwork, welcome email. All without a single line of code. Here's what it actually did: → Pulled the new hire's details from BambooHR → Created their Google Workspace and GitHub accounts → Sent I-9, W-4, and NDA through DocuSign → Emailed them a personalized welcome with office address, Slack invite, and pre-reading → CC'd their supervisor automatically Then I built a second agent. An employee buddy that lives in Slack and answers questions like "What's the PTO policy?" or "How do I set up VPN?" using our actual employee handbook. Two agents. Ten minutes. No engineering. This is Fay. We've been building an AI Workforce Platform that lets ops teams build agents like this through natural language. You describe the workflow, Fay understands the problem, connects your tools, writes the automation scripts, and configures agents that actually run across your systems. Not a chatbot. Not an RPA script. An AI agent that works across your real tools and actually gets things done. We're opening up Proof Week: a 5-day sprint where we take your messiest workflow and build a working agent on it. You see real results on your real systems and data before you commit to anything. Spots are limited. If your team is still copy-pasting across tools to get work done, book a Proof Week. → https://lnkd.in/g9rbp9Pw

Today, I got a message from a founder in Australia that made my day. He's building an AI platform for construction management, but he was facing a brutal GTM problem: his ideal customers weren't in any database. He needed to find local Australian construction firms that were: - Managing high-value projects (e.g., over $5M). - Still running on an outdated, non-tech-savvy website. - Had positive reviews on local directories in the last year. This is a prospecting nightmare. His "process" was days of painful, manual research: - Scouring Google Maps, one city at a time. - Clicking into every single website, trying to guess project values. - Piecing together company reputations from scattered local reviews. He was spending more time as a Google Maps detective than a founder. He was on the verge of giving up on the entire GTM motion. Then he tried Fay. Instead of the manual chaos, he just gave Fay a research task: "Find me construction companies in Australia with websites that look like they were built before 2015. Prioritize those with active projects over $5M mentioned on their site and positive customer reviews on local directories in the last 12 months." In minutes, Fay delivered a list that would have taken him a week to build. A list of perfect-fit, local leads that no database could ever provide. This is the future of GTM. It's not about having more data. It's about having an AI partner that can reason over the entire internet for you. Stop being a researcher for your own company. Start being a founder again. p.s. If your perfect ICP is probably hiding in unstructured data, Fay can find them. Build your first prospect list for free at https://fay.work.

Your GTM team is looking for the wrong signals. Most are trained to look for surface-level keywords in job descriptions. Signal: "Seeking a Sales Rep with Salesforce experience." Conclusion: "They use Salesforce. Let's pitch them." It's lazy. And it's why your outreach gets ignored. The real opportunity isn't that a company uses a tool. It's that they are in pain because of that tool. Here's a signal that actually leads to a deal: » The real signal: You find 3 separate job descriptions at the same company. - A Marketing Ops role mentions "improving Salesforce data hygiene." - A Customer Success role talks about "better SFDC reporting." - A BizOps role needs someone to "clean up our Salesforce instance." » The real conclusion: This isn't a sales problem. It's an organizational problem. The pain is systemic. It's cross-functional. And it has budget attached to it because multiple department heads are complaining about it. Selling to the first company is a battle. Selling to the second company is a rescue mission. But nobody finds these deeper signals because it requires hours of manual work: - Reading through dozens of job posts per company. - Connecting the dots between different departments. - Understanding the context behind the keywords. This is the difference between just "looking" for signals and actually "understanding" opportunity. The best GTM teams don't operate on keywords. They operate on insight. They dig deeper. p.s. Fay was built for this. It doesn't just find signals; it analyzes and reasons across multiple data points to uncover systemic pain. See for yourself at https://fay.work.
