FaceFirst® facial recognition technology uncovered a coordinated fraud ring: a staged accident committed after the suspects cased multiple stores. By connecting entry footage, parking lot timestamps, and visitor patterns across the enterprise, investigators exposed what isolated incident video could never reveal on its own.
