What is a company like on the inside? There are many possible answers to this question, but we chose the most authentic way to find out: we asked our colleagues. They were happy to share their personal experiences of what it’s like to work with us. How they experience everyday life at our company, the values that guide our collaboration, and what motivates them in the long run. We believe that the true strength of any organization lies in its people. Their perspective authentically reflects who we really are. We listened proudly to the stories of our community, and now we’re sharing them with you. Watch the video and get to know us better. #employerbranding #career

“This is the first day of the rest of my life.” “I couldn’t say the word cancer. If I didn’t name it, maybe it couldn’t fully touch me.” One of our colleagues, Ildikó Kátai‑Perkátai, found the lump during a self‑examination, at a time when her life was all about movement, strength, and forward momentum. Training for a 10‑kilometer race, she told herself she would deal with the strange little shape later. After all, she felt powerful. She ran fast. She felt alive. “Surely people with cancer don’t run like this,” she thought. But cancer doesn’t wait for the right moment. Ildikó was diagnosed with an almost two‑centimeter malignant tumor with lymph node metastasis. Just a few weeks later, with the help of her doctors, Ildikó made a bold decision: she wanted to be absolutely sure and opted for a bilateral mastectomy. “All I could focus on was healing and never again living in fear of cancer returning. I only dared to look in the mirror two days after the surgery. That was when it became clear to me: this would be the first day of the rest of my life. And I want to live this life in such a way that when I look back, I won’t regret a single minute of it.” Ildikó, as a mother of three, remained active, clinging to this sense of activity even during the most difficult periods. Once, her youngest son asked whether people can die from this disease. “I told him yes, some people do die from it. He then asked me why I wasn’t taking it seriously.” Throughout treatment, Ildikó laughed, worried, celebrated, and lived, and refused to let cancer define her inner world. Her children admired her; she became their role model. Today, she is back at work, back to sport, and back to life, with deeper awareness, stronger priorities, and an unshakable perspective on her lifestyle. Today, on World Health Day, her story reminds us of something simple and profound: facing our fears doesn’t make them bigger, it makes us braver. 💚 Get to know Ildikó’s full story in our blog article: 👉 https://sie.ag/3CQvc7 At evosoft, it is very important to support our colleagues’ mental and physical well‑being with benefits, emphasize the importance of prevention, and help maintain a healthy balance between work and private life.

🚀 How testing can become even faster and stress‑free – Accelerating debugging with ML The #evosoft TestFactory SINAMICS team has developed an innovative, machine‑learning‑based tool that efficiently analyzes failures occurring during test executions. LogAnalyzer identifies the root cause of test run failures in just seconds, and even in the early, unstable phases of testing. What can LogAnalyzer do? Analyzes test logs using ML models Provides probability‑based suggestions for the expected failure cause Significantly speeds up debugging and feedback loops Reduces the workload for testers and automation engineers Thanks to LogAnalyzer, test engineers spend far less time on manual log analysis, failure detection becomes faster, and more time remains for real test automation work, which is especially crucial in projects with tight deadlines. This innovative solution has already proven itself across multiple international teams in Germany, India, and China, and is actively used in several product lines. Additional teams are now preparing to adopt it. It is important for us that the tool can be reused and applied across as many platforms as possible. With this, we aim help building the #Siemens #ONETechCompany together. This makes LogAnalyzer not only a debugging tool, but also an enabler of better engineering focus. Thanks to context‑dependent tokenization, both the training process and log analysis become reusable, and the training dataset is the most critical element. 💡 The next step is to create a containerized, cloud‑based, self‑service version that any Siemens project can easily adopt.

It helps us not only to see the present, but also to predict the future,” we say in our latest video. What do you think we meant by that? And what role do evosoft - and AI - play in this? Our Grandma Series continues, where our business line leaders try to explain in simple terms what their divisions actually do. This time it was Zoli Bodor-Tóth’s turn, who, as the head of our Digital Platforms and Solutions business line, presents some of their most interesting projects - all while challenging our recurring supporting character to an exciting duel.

We were invited to present at X Tech Connect 2026! Our team represented #evosoft with a professional presentation and a technical booth at Siemens Foundational Technologies largest professional event in Fürth. Our colleagues delivered a presentation on Edge AI for Production Automation, and also hosted a dedicated demo booth, where visitors could explore the topic hands‑on. XTC 2026 was truly three days of innovation, collaboration and breakthrough technology. As Siemens transforms into a #ONETechCompany, XTC was the place where we could truly feel how shared technology and knowledge drove innovation forward. Digitalization is fundamentally reshaping how we create, deliver and capture value. XTC offered a unique opportunity to get inspired, and to inspire others with the latest developments in becoming ONE Tech Company, Foundational Technologies, customer and partner use cases, and digital solutions spanning Industrial AI, Digital Twins, Software‑Defined Automation, and Siemens Xcelerator. We also had the chance to listen to inspiring, future-oriented keynotes by Roland Busch, President and CEO of Siemens AG, and Dirk Didascalou, Leader of Siemens FT. Our team even had the opportunity to meet both of them in person.

International Women’s Day is a moment to pause and reflect. It reminds us, especially as leaders, of the responsibility we carry every day: shaping an atmosphere of trust, safety and opportunity. Fördős-Nagy Andrea has been part of evosoft for more than eight years. As Head of QBE and Head of Governance, she strongly believes that supporting women in tech is not about a single day of visibility, but about creating sustainable opportunities where talent is truly seen, heard and trusted. For her, empowering women goes hand in hand with the active partnership of male colleagues through attentiveness, openness and shared responsibility. Through the Women in IT community, Andrea actively supports a space for connection, dialogue and growth a place where confidence is built, perspectives are challenged and collaboration thrives. Today, leadership means creating an environment where people can rely on one another and where everyone has the chance to grow. On International Women’s Day, we celebrate Andrea and all the incredible women at evosoft and we say thank you to all colleagues who contribute every day to a culture of trust and partnership. 💚 Happy International Women’s Day!

While we’re arguing with our alarm clocks, Kai is already halfway to the office on his bike. In winter. On purpose. He is our unofficial cycling pro, commuting on two wheels (…almost…) every time he works on-site. Last year he covered 8200 km. This year he is already at 900 km. (We’re starting to suspect he’s powered by something other than coffee.) On today’s Winter Bike to Work Day, we’re celebrating Kai Wittmann not just for the wild distances but for the mindset behind them: consistency, good humor and a level of fitness the rest of us admire from a safe, warm distance. Keep rolling, Kai. You make us all look bad in the best possible way. 😄❄️🚴♂️ #WinterBikeToWorkDay #CyclingToWork #evosoft

At evosoft, our AI journey is not slowing down, it’s entering one of its most impactful stages. Over the past few years, guided by the leadership and vision of Florian Pruefer, evosoft’s AI Program Manager, we’ve built a strong foundation by helping thousands of colleagues understand and confidently explore the potential of AI. Now, our focus is shifting from adoption to truly embedding GenAI into everyday workflows and project delivery. This is the point where AI moves beyond experimentation and starts driving real efficiency, smarter decisions, and tangible business value. Excited to see how this next phase will continue shaping the way we work and create impact together.
