📍 Expanding our presence in Germany Equalbase has partnered with Affinius Capital through a newly formed joint venture to develop a Class A logistics facility in Butzbach, Germany. Located near Frankfurt, the project will deliver approximately 11,700 square metres of logistics space and is expected to target DGNB Gold certification. On-the-ground insights at Senai into the JS-SEZ ecosystem 🌐 Equalbase welcomed the European Chamber of Commerce, Singapore (EuroCham Singapore) during their mission to the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), with a site visit at the BMW Asia Technology Centre at Senai Airport Free Zone. The visit provided an opportunity to share how logistics infrastructure in Johor is shaping cross-border operations and supporting regional growth. Coming together with purpose 💛   Our Malaysia team spent the day in Kuala Lumpur supporting the local community in partnership with Foodbank, contributing to efforts that provide essential support to those in need.   It was a meaningful reminder that impact is not always visible, but it is always felt.   We ended the day with a meal together, grounded and more connected than when we started.   #Equalbase #CSR #CommunityImpact
