For the past few months, much of our industry's attention has been on preparing for July 4. Now the focus is changing. Getting equipment allocated was one challenge. Delivering projects successfully is the next. We're seeing more conversations shift toward delivery schedules, inventory visibility, documentation, and keeping procurement aligned with construction. These aren't always the most visible parts of a project, but they're often what determines whether a project stays on schedule. At ESAS, these are the conversations we're having every day with EPCs, developers, and project teams as projects move from procurement to execution. The final week before the 5% Safe Harbor deadline always changes the conversation.  A month ago it was pricing and equipment availability. This week it’s making sure nothing gets missed: - "Are we covered?"  - "Is our documentation complete?"  - "What happens if one supplier changes?"  - "Are we thinking about FEOC correctly?"  - "Can we still stay on schedule?"  Those aren't equipment questions. They're project questions. And they're the conversations we're having every day with developers, EPCs, C&I customers, and IPPs. One thing we've learned after nearly two decades in the solar industry is that projects rarely miss deadlines because of one major issue. It's usually a series of small ones: missing documents, logistics delays, procurement changes, or compliance questions resolved too late. That's why we've spent the months leading up to this deadline helping customers prepare, pressure-testing procurement strategies, reviewing documentation, navigating FEOC requirements, coordinating logistics, and making sure contingency plans are in place before they're needed. Because the final week shouldn't be about scrambling for answers.  It should be about executing the plan.  The deadline is fixed. Preparation is still your biggest advantage.
