Project Spotlight: The Centers 🌿 We’re proud to share that The Centers achieved LEED Gold certification using LEED O+M v4.1 for Existing Buildings. This 64,169 SF community facility, originally built in 1921, serves Cleveland’s west side with early childhood education, healthcare, workforce development, and social services, and their team made a meaningful commitment to improving building performance for the long term. A standout part of the project was their major investment in new ERVs to improve ventilation, helping address areas that previously weren’t meeting ASHRAE 62.1 levels, while also positioning the organization for future funding as they plan a larger renovation. This Emerald Gives project was a true team effort and a great reflection of our core values in action: Cultivate the Team, Constantly Raising the Bar, and Environmental Stewardship. 💚 #TeamEmerald #LEED #Sustainability #BuiltEnvironment
