eLockr: Empower your ex-employees by issuing digital employment credentials when they move on.

About us

eLockr is a free-to-use HR 2.0 platform using which an organization can write or issue employment credentials to its ex-employees. These credentials can be verified instantly and digitally by new employers or service providers, thus eliminating any scope for fraud by a person claiming to have been employed with the organization earlier. Employment credentials can be written at the time of deboarding an employee or contractor. Ex-employees can also view their digitally issued credentials, get notified each time they are verified, and also turn an explicit "consent" setting to enable highest privacy standards. Using eLockr is extremely simple for HR executives and managers. Just “Write” a credential when somebody leaves your organization. The “writing” can be done using the eLockr portal, or via a spreadsheet. Organizations can also integrate eLockr API in their deboarding systems.
