  • Your biggest cybersecurity risk isn't a hacker. 🥷 “We often talk about security as people, process and technology, but processes and technology are only as good as the people who use them,” says Prashant Naik, ELMO's Head of Information Security. In our 2026 HR Industry Benchmark report, human error and poor cybersecurity processes ranked as the top risks facing ANZ organisations. Prashant suggests ways to help reduce these risks: 📝Make security guidance shorter and sharper 🛡️Create guardrails for AI experimentation 🔐Extend security standards to every third-party tool in your ecosystem 🛣️Treat security awareness as continuous   Read our latest blog for more tips and insights → https://lnkd.in/gB23xd9a

  • At the 2026 National HR Summit, ELMO Software's President Joseph Lyons sat down with Scott L., Learning & Development Advisor at CHU Underwriting Agencies, to unpack how they used AI to fast-track capability frameworks and drive real action. Scott spent 12–18 months manually building a skills matrix across spreadsheets and Microsoft Forms. The result? Hard to maintain, hard to keep leaders engaged, and ultimately not sustainable. Then CHU piloted ELMO's AI-powered Career Development solution, and everything changed. The AI-generated frameworks closely mirrored the work his team had done manually, giving them a validated starting point to take to leaders and accelerate rollout across the business. His advice to anyone getting started? Clean up your data. The better your foundation, the faster you'll see results. 🎥 Watch the full conversation here: https://lnkd.in/gmV8GwzS

  • Two big days at the National HR Summit, done and dusted 🧹 ✨ Across the booth and the speaker sessions, one theme kept coming through: HR leaders are under pressure to prepare their organisations for what’s next, while making sure their people can keep up with change. That was clear in the conversation on AI and workforce design, where our customer, Scott L., L&D Advisor from CHU Underwriting Agencies and ELMO's Joseph Lyons explored how AI is reshaping workforce design - from building capability frameworks in months to moments, to actually making career mobility happen. Another theme that came through was how organisations are navigating the generational gap at work, with ELMO's Helen Tran sharing her perspective on the Directors Forum panel. And of course, a big thank you to everyone who stopped by the ELMO booth, always a highlight to connect with so many of you in person 🤍 💫
