We’re proud to share the successful conclusion of Eagle Bluff’s 2026 Dinner on the Bluff Speaker Series. This year’s series brought together community members, thought leaders, and lifelong learners for evenings centered on curiosity, connection, and meaningful dialogue. We were honored to close the season with Dr. Josh Feinberg of the University of Minnesota, who delivered a compelling presentation on Earth’s changing magnetic field. Each event was thoughtfully paired with a three-course meal prepared by our local culinary partner, Juniper’s Restaurant, creating a unique space where science, community, and conversation intersect. Thank you to all who attended and supported this series. Your engagement helps advance our mission and grow our community. We look forward to building on this momentum in the seasons ahead.

On February 28, despite winter weather across southeastern Minnesota, 40 guests gathered at Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center to kick off the 2026 Dinner on the Bluff Speaker Series featuring Janssen Hang, Executive Director of the The Hmong American Farmers Association. The conversation centered on equitable access in agriculture — land, capital, markets, and education — and what it truly takes to build resilient food systems for the next generation. 🐍 Meet Our New Foxsnake! Eagle Bluff is thrilled to welcome the newest member of our Animal Ambassador family — a Western Foxsnake! Acquired from a breeder in Colorado, this young snake (about six months old) is settling into her new home here at Eagle Bluff. Choosing a snake from a reputable breeder ensures she’s healthy and helps protect wild populations. Right now, she’s still getting used to her surroundings and our Wildlife Team is slowly acclimating her to handling.
