From thinking a CAR policy was about insuring cars to underwriting complex engineering risks. What started without technical knowledge quickly developed into a deep understanding of the field. Growth starts by simply doing. Tim van Ewijk joined us as an Underwriting Assistant and learned from experienced colleagues such as Niek Vonk, Chris van Gorkum and Freek Schipper.
