DocGo was proud to be included in CMS's first 150 healthcare providers to be enrolled as a participant in the Advancing Chronic Care with Effective Scalable Solutions (ACCESS) Model. Through our clinical practice group, we already have providers caring for Medicare patients through our technology-enabled virtual and mobile health care delivery model – so DocGo is perfectly positioned to deliver as a participant in the CMS ACCESS program for Early Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic (eCKM), Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic (CKM), and Musculoskeletal (MSK) chronic conditions. We applaud CMS for its efforts in aligning reimbursement with patient outcomes and improved health metrics.
