Agentic commerce doesn’t replace existing channels — it expands the entire ecosystem.   On stage at Web Summit, our CEO Michael Komasinski shared how we see the future of commerce at Criteo in this new era of AI. And as he put it, we’re not big believers in monoculture.   History backs that up. Just look at how ecommerce expanded retail rather than replacing in-store shopping. Agentic commerce will follow the same pattern, becoming a powerful new channel alongside others.   Watch the clip, then read Michael’s blog to get the full perspective: hub.criteo.com/ujxhx

Still feeling the impact of a big week at #CES2026 🌟   The main theme? AI isn’t around the corner anymore. It’s here, and we're all navigating in real time how to use it impactfully to drive performance. 📈   That message came through loud and clear when our CEO Michael Komasinski took the stage for MediaLink’s AI at Work session, breaking down how to move from AI hype to hard ROI.   We also hosted The Future of Retail Media panel with Morgan Chemij, Samantha Bukowski, Mark Williamson, and Sherry Smith. The takeaway: collaboration across the ecosystem is key to the coming era of retail media.   On the performance side, Julie Ball, J. William Margaritis, and Wilfried Schobeiri discussed how the rules for budgeting, measurement, optimization, and targeting are being rewritten, and how brands and agencies can evolve with it.   And our Women in Commerce Experience brought it all together. Lynne Kjolso, Leora Kelman, Katie McBrien, and Sara Holcomb shared how leaders are guiding their teams through AI and agentic commerce, with clarity and confidence.   CES always sparks big ideas. This year, it showed how quickly those ideas are turning into action. ➡️   #RetailMedia #AI #Performance

High-intent shoppers are hiding in plain sight. But how do you reach them?   Cole Haan set out to expand qualified upper-funnel reach by activating native and display placements inside the Klarna app using Commerce Growth. The goal was to reach shoppers already browsing, comparing, and considering their next purchase.   The results speak for themselves: 🔹 2.3x higher qualified visits 🔹 30% lower cost per qualified visit 🔹 Comparable CTR with lower bounce rates 🔹 Stronger visit depth and post-click performance when paired with lower-funnel media   This validated that high-intent shopping environments drive broader reach and higher-quality engagement. 🎯   Read the full case study: https://lnkd.in/dvhPdcsf

In 2025, our solutions grew stronger, teams moved faster, and impact showed up everywhere. 💫 This year brought sharper focus and clear momentum. With Michael Komasinski stepping in as CEO, we strengthened our commitment to AI-driven innovation, and cross-channel, full-funnel, self-service advertising that drives client outcomes. And we shared that story everywhere. 🌍 From New York to Seoul, Tokyo, Paris, and London, we celebrated 20 years of powering consumer discovery and driving relevance. We stepped onto global stages like Cannes Lions, DMEXCO and Web Summit, where conversations with clients centered on agentic commerce, AI-driven performance, and retail media innovation. Behind the scenes, our tech kept evolving. We built new partnerships, added new retailers to our platform, introduced new formats, and launched agentic AI tools and capabilities. All in service of a more connected commerce media ecosystem to drive stronger outcomes for our clients. 🤝 As we step into 2026, we’ll continue to build with trust, drive performance everywhere, and keep helping marketers, retailers, and publishers win in the next decade of AI-driven commerce. And before we turn the page, we want to give a big thank you to our teams, clients, partners, and shareholders who make it all possible. We can’t wait to keep growing together. Wishing you a happy new year from all of us at Criteo. 🧡

Turning up the volume is great. Doubling ROAS is even better.   JBL Professional teamed up with Havas and Criteo to stand out on Elkjøp Nordic AS – where the competition across audio and gaming categories gets fierce.   🎯 The goal was simple: get closer to the point of purchase with real performance insights and more control.   ➡️ They rolled out a multi-market retail media strategy, activating Sponsored Products Ads across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.   ✅ The result? Nearly 2x their ROAS benchmark, 11.2 million impressions and JBL grabbing almost half of all clicks on Elkjop Nordic.   Check out the full story here: https://lnkd.in/dRvJaimq   #RetailMedia
