  • In many schools, hands-on science learning is limited by very practical constraints: Lab time is tight, equipment is shared and schedules are fixed. So how do you expand meaningful science learning within those realities? Together with Instructure (Canvas), we’re bringing district leaders and researchers from NORC at the University of Chicago into one conversation. Speakers: Sumlee Anderson Amanda Cadran, PhD Jaunelle Pratt-Williams, Ph.D. Meltem Kuvac Jennifer Seelig We’ll cover: • how districts are expanding STEM learning within existing systems • what thoughtful technology implementation looks like in real classrooms • how schools evaluate engagement and learning outcomes We’ll also briefly show how immersive science experiences can fit directly into Canvas workflows. 🗓️ April 7 ⏰ 9 AM MT / 6 PM CET If this is something your district is actively working through, join us. • Students aren’t just cheating on online exams anymore. Some are being blackmailed after. Contract cheating has evolved. What used to be paying someone to take an exam is now exposing institutions and students to entirely new risks. In one recent case, a cheating service didn’t stop at completing the exam, it allegedly attempted blackmail. This is no longer just about academic misconduct. It’s about protecting integrity, trust, and the credibility of digital assessment. So what actually works? What are institutions seeing in practice, and which approaches are proving effective? Join Derek Newton live to break it down. 🗓 March 24 | ⏰ 3:00 PM CET Register here: https://lnkd.in/eE6hJXKs

  • Physical science labs are one of the biggest constraints in STEM education. Biology students need repetition to truly understand cellular and molecular processes. But physical labs are limited by equipment costs, safety requirements, and restricted access hours. Virtual lab modules allow students to visualize microscopic systems and practice complex experiments without consuming physical materials. Swipe through to see how virtual labs support hands-on biology learning. Explore how this works in practice in the comments ⬇️ #HigherEducation #EdTech #STEMEducation #VirtualLabs

  • Constructor Tech has become an official ecosystem partner of Canvas by Instructure, expanding its integration within one of the most widely used learning management systems in education. This partnership enables institutions to access secure assessment, collaboration, and immersive learning tools directly within their LMS environment. Institutions can now deliver assessment, collaboration, and immersive learning directly within Canvas, reducing reliance on fragmented tools and simplifying digital workflows. “Canvas is the system institutions rely on every day to deliver instruction. By embedding secure assessments, collaborative tools, and immersive VR labs directly inside Canvas, we are extending the LMS with solutions purpose-built for integrity, engagement, and access.” — Sumlee Anderson Growth Director, Americas – EdTech at Constructor Tech By bringing solutions such as Constructor Proctor, Groups, Assess, and Practice Science Labs into the Canvas environment, Constructor Tech supports institutions in strengthening academic integrity, improving student engagement, and delivering consistent learning experiences at scale. “The future of education is integrated, immersive, and secure. By embedding assessment tools, collaborative environments, and VR labs directly into Canvas, institutions gain new ways to engage students while maintaining trusted academic workflows.” — Zoran Vasiljev, Chief Revenue Officer at Constructor Tech Explore the full announcement below. • Academic integrity is no longer a peripheral issue - it’s a governance and leadership crisis. AI is reshaping education faster than institutions can adapt.  Contract cheating, digital assessment vulnerabilities, and regulatory compliance gaps are creating a perfect storm.   Between innovation pressure and risk management, leaders are caught in the middle. One breach can damage institutional credibility and student trust. How do you modernize without compromising standards?  Join us for an exclusive webinar with Derek Newton (journalist, founder of The Cheat Sheet) and Cathleen Mahoney (CEO, Bright Language) as they reveal how leading institutions are securing academic integrity while staying GDPR-compliant.   You’ll discover:   1. The global landscape of academic integrity threats and future scenarios.   2. Strategic frameworks for governance, risk, and leadership priorities.  3. Proven GDPR-compliant remote proctoring implementation (protecting 50,000+ concurrent exams).  4. Practical playbooks you can apply immediately, regardless of institution size.

On March 16, Constructor Knowledge Labs (CKL) will participate in the TOPAS Autonomous Systems Meetup at Constructor University in Bremen. The event is hosted by TOPAS Industriemathematik and co-hosted by Constructor University. We’re expecting industry partners from across Bremen, along with engineers, researchers, students, and people simply curious about robotics. People who build things, test things, and ask uncomfortable technical questions. The point is to bring the Bremen tech community and the university into the same room and open the door to new collaborations. 🎤 From CKL, Ilia Shimchik, Team Principal at Constructor racing team, will present their work in Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League (A2RL). Ilya will walk through how the team designs and operates its autonomous race car, how perception, decision-making, software architecture, and real-time control have to work together when milliseconds matter. On the track, theory meets reality very quickly. Systems either hold up under pressure or they don’t. Racing leaves no room for unstable pipelines or “almost working” solutions. It’s a demanding environment for testing autonomy, and many of the insights gained there translate directly into broader autonomous driving challenges. Other speakers during the evening include Matthias Rick and the Bremergy Formula Student Team, who will share their own projects and perspectives. 📍 Constructor University, Bremen 🗓 March 16 🕠 17:30 If you’re working in robotics, AI, mobility, or related fields in Bremen, feel free to join us: https://lnkd.in/dEPUiCPA

  • As digital exams become more common, universities face a new challenge: ensuring assessments remain secure, fair, and reliable. Many proctoring tools focus primarily on monitoring students. But maintaining academic integrity requires more than observation. It requires the right infrastructure. Before comparing features, institutions should start with a few fundamental questions. Swipe through to see four questions every university should ask before choosing a proctoring solution.
