Introducing ADL Compiler: codegen that is ~100× cheaper and ~50× faster, with ~90% of generations running on CPUs. Instead of asking LLMs to write source code, they produce a structured spec in our proprietary DSL(Application Description Language ~500K output tokens) that describes screens, components, navigation, interactions, data models/DB schema, backend APIs, and billing. The spec is statically analyzable, so we can validate it and enforce security before compiling client and server code. To ensure quality, we use curated Package/Screen/Component/Flow “Gardens,” plus a headless CMS and built-in, RevenueCat-style monetization - this covers most business cases, and the rest can be easily “invented” by LLMs based on these examples or on demand. Data over hype: What Vibecoding chats reveal. After analyzing 18 months of organic interactions with @CodePlatform, here are some insights. 📊 👥 Customer Profiles - Many inbound profiles are “Tourists,” “Dreamers,” or “Scammers,” but the “Residents” quickly understand the value provided. - Some “Tourists” try to hijack the system to use it as a free ChatGPT alternative or to bypass regional blocks. 🌍 Geographic - Most “Dreamers” are from developing countries. They’re looking for a silver bullet to copycat billion-dollar businesses for $10 and drop out at $10K pilots. - Most “Residents” are from the US, EU, and UK. They prompt better and are willing to wait months for a fully functional product. - Most “Scammers” are miners, phishers, and phone-SMS crackers. They try to build phishing clones of banking apps or fake investment platforms. - Some “Tourists” are trying to build NSFW apps or generate NSFW content. 🎓 Demographic - Many “Tourists” are school-age or university students. Some try to build copycat games for free. We began developing our own code-generation technology before the LLM era and saw a major traffic surge from February to August, followed by a slowdown starting in September. 📈➡️📉 P.S.
