Some projects stay with you. In 2024 I developed the website and a tailored CMS for a global aerospace leader tackling today’s most pressing security, safety, economic and environmental challenges for governments and organisations worldwide. Design was by ZeroSixty Design and the site is highly content-driven, covering six languages and focussed on maritime surveillance, illegal‑immigration monitoring, offshore wildlife protection, search and rescue and more. My role • Front-end and back-end development • Built a tailored CMS to give editors an intuitive way to manage content across six languages • Implemented content structures and workflows to support complex, content-heavy pages and case studies What I enjoyed most was seeing how a well-designed site and CMS can amplify mission-critical work on an international scale. This is a past project from our archives: we designed, developed, hosted and maintained HiNOTE for several years while the business operated. HiNOTE was a Los Angeles startup that let fans request personalised videos from artists such as Montell Jordan, 3OH!3, Wu‑Tang Clan, Grammy-Winner Mya and more. We were involved from the very beginning and delivered the product end to end. This was not a standard eCommerce WordPress site. We built a bespoke request flow, a user dashboard to track requests and watch videos, an artist dashboard showing requests and revenue metrics, and a custom WordPress admin area to review content and keep the community safe. All videos were stored on AWS S3 and processed with MediaConvert for encoding, compression, cropping and watermarking. The site was featured by Vanity Fair, NBC, Reader’s Digest, Hollywood Reporter and New York Magazine, and included a collaboration with America’s Got Talent. New from the archives: Players Academy (2021) — a Los Angeles startup we helped from day one. We curated a design‑forward concept and built it into a scalable WordPress LMS: modular course pages, slick media performance with progress metrics, and a CMS editors actually enjoy using. Over time we helped reshape the platform for growth and prepare it for acquisition by a larger player. What we did: [✓] UX, wire-framing and design (mobile and desktop). ✨ Old but gold. Back in 2023, we had the honour of designing, developing, launching, and hosting the official website for global icon and multi-Grammy Award winner, Kelly Clarkson. This site was the digital home for her album Chemistry, following several other collaborations we produced for her team at Warner Music Group and Atlantic Records. Proud to have played a part in supporting such a legendary artist’s online presence.
