The ad-hoc use of triage channels and customer Slack rooms creates problems of missed responses, lack of service metrics and anxiety for all the responders who individually keep scanning Slack rooms. ClearFeed converts Slack channels into a single queue of requests, uses AI to flag requests that need a response, allows responders to update status of requests and assign ownership and make sure all requests are closed out. Integrations with tools like Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk, Salesforce et al allow agents to handover or link Slack requests to other enterprise tools and close the loop back on Slack when issues are solved therein.
