At ByteAnt, we challenged ourselves to let customers try any of our complex ByteArbor multi-vendor marketplace templates instantly. 🛠️ The Tech Behind the Speed: Docker, Umbraco CMS & Azure DevOps Here is the streamlined flow we engineered: 👉 The Setup: We created pre-configured Docker images for each of our six marketplace templates. 👉 The Flow: When a user requests a trial, our Azure DevOps pipelines instantly pull the image and launch an isolated container on lean Hetzner (Linux) servers. 👉 Zero-Friction Trial: The user gets an immediate email with demo accounts and data. Trials are automatically shut down by Docker, keeping our environment efficient. ✔️ The Result: A new, isolated Docker container spins up. The user gets a live, fully functional marketplace website, complete with startup time, in ~2 minutes total. ✔️ Instant Experience: An immediate email delivers live demo accounts and realistic demo data.
