We took over Meta's London office last week for a morning of conversation about what's actually working in social to deliver growth. The room was packed with brilliant marketing minds, including long-standing clients like Anglian Home Improvements, Simply Business, and Which? (to only mention a few) A few things that stuck: → The path to purchase isn't a funnel anymore. It's a feed. Every scroll is a decision point. → Creator content isn't just an upper-funnel play. When influencer creative runs in performance campaigns, we're seeing 48% CPA reductions and 46% higher landing page rates. → The "Creator Effectiveness Gap" is real: creator marketing returns £6.50 per £1 when it works, but most spend delivers zero incremental return. AI is changing how brands are discovered faster than most marketers realize. We recently partnered with AirOps to bring together marketers in SF for a conversation about what that shift really means and how leaders should start thinking about AI Visibility as a team sport. Adam Edwards, our Chief Product Officer, and Alex Halliday, CEO of AirOps, headlined the session and walked through what this actually looks like in practice. As discovery moves from traditional search results to AI-generated answers, a few themes came up throughout the evening: 1. AI visibility isn't just an SEO challenge. Brand, content, PR, and product teams all influence how AI systems understand and recommend brands. 2. Authority signals matter more than ever. Brands that show up consistently across trusted sources and communities are far more likely to appear in AI-generated responses. 3. Content workflows need to evolve.
