Forty years is a long time to keep earning the same customer's trust. This week I was in Rio de Janeiro with the Petrobras team to mark that milestone. And we did more than celebrate. We opened a dedicated R&D centre there, with CMG engineers working permanently in one of the world's most important oil and gas basins. That's a different kind of commitment than a licensing agreement. The centre puts our engineers inside the same city as Petrobras's teams, working the problems directly. The focus is high-performance computing, AI, and advanced subsurface workflows. The goal is simple: the closer our engineers are to the problems, the faster we solve them together. Petrobras operates some of the most technically demanding reservoirs in the world. Deepwater. Pre-salt. High pressure. High temperature. That environment contributed to the development of CoFlow, CMG's platform connecting reservoir and production modelling in a single workflow. Now deployed across Petrobras assets. The relationship has grown well beyond where it started. Petrobras now works with CMG across reservoir simulation and seismic technologies. Bluware and Sharp Reflections, both part of CMG, were already deeply embedded with Petrobras before we acquired them. What Petrobras has built in Brazil is genuinely world-class. The technology. The talent. The scale of what they operate offshore. We don't take lightly what it means to be a partner for 40 years. You earn that by showing up, by building things that matter, and by continuing to invest the way they have invested in us. Here's to the next 40.
