It was an absolute pleasure to return to #UBISS2025 at the University of Oulu, this time as a teaching assistant! Over a hectic but rewarding week, students explored mobile data collection and analysis using the AWARE Framework, which has been the focus of my PhD research. It was inspiring for me to see the creativity and curiosity students brought to their work, both in capturing a diverse range of smartphone data and uncovering meaningful behavioural patterns from it. Huge thanks to our co-instructors Vassilis Kostakos, Simo Hosio, and Aku Visuri, it was a blast teaching (and being cooked) with you! Also a big shoutout to our guest speakers Niels van Berkel, Evangelos Karapanos, and Denzil Ferreira for sharing your experiences and sparking thought-provoking discussions throughout the week. Hoping to be back sometime soon 🇫🇮
