The AuditSoft team joined the Steps for Life walks in Hamilton, Windsor, and Calgary yesterday 💛👣 The walks support Threads of Life - Association for Workplace Tragedy Family Support - a charity that exists because workplace tragedies still happen far too often in Canada. That's also why today, the start of #SafetyAndHealthWeek, matters. It's an annual reminder that preventing injury and illness at work takes employers, employees, and communities pulling in the same direction. This weekend, AuditSoft is lacing up 👟 Members of our team are joining Steps for Life walks in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Hamilton on May 2 & 3 in support of families affected by workplace tragedy. On any given workday in Canada, 3 workers will die on the job, and thousands more will be injured. Behind every one of those numbers is a family - partners, parents, siblings, kids - left to navigate grief, trauma, and a system most people never expected to encounter. Threads of Life - Association for Workplace Tragedy Family Support is there for those families. To date, they’ve supported more than 15,000 people across Canada, powered by 400+ volunteers. Steps for Life is their largest fundraiser of the year. On April 28, we pause for the National Day of Mourning. Nearly 1,000 workers in Canada lose their lives each year to workplace injury or illness.
