Role: Business Analyst & Project Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 4–5 years Responsibilities: 1. Lead requirement gathering and business analysis sessions with stakeholders independently 2. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications 3. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and suggest actionable improvements 4. Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure 5. Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals 6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at different levels 7. Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve blockers Facilitate meetings, reporting, and maintain project documentation 8. Support testing, UAT, and ensure deliverables meet business expectations 9. Drive continuous improvement in processes and team efficiency Requirements (Both Roles): 4–5 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles (SaaS / IT preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proven ability to manage projects and deliverables independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Excel or MS Project Knowledge of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and process improvement Any related Certifications are a plus If you or someone in your network is interested, please refer or send your resume to : arpitha@dataaegis.com
