Today we're launching Andsend 2.0. In 1990, Robin Dunbar discovered that the human brain can only maintain about 150 stable relationships. Most of us have 10x that on LinkedIn. So we drift. We lose track of warm leads. We let the right people slip away. Laziness? No. Because of cognitive limits that no amount of discipline can overcome. That's the problem we set out to solve when we started Andsend. And today, we've taken the biggest step yet toward actually solving it. 2.0 is a complete rebuild. A full intelligent layer for managing your network, with structure, data, and the one thing that actually wins business: relationships, at scale. The three things I'm most proud of shipping: ⚡️ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: your always-on signal layer. Know who to reach out to, and why, before the moment passes. 🏎️ 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀: a completely new way to design and auto-track your relationship workflows. 🎁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: Find the warmest path to any prospect through your colleagues. Win as a team. We built this for the people whose businesses live and die by relationships. Consultants, investors, agencies, law firms. Anyone who's ever lost a deal they didn't know was in play. Most of us manage our networks reactively. An email lands. A notification pops. We respond. 2.0 flips that. Every morning you get a visual priority list. Exactly where to show up, who to reach out to, and why. We've removed luck from the equation. If your next client is already somewhere in your network, Andsend 2.0 will help you find them.

How many engineers does it take to ship a major release? One, apparently..? Last week we rolled out our biggest release ever, with the smallest engineering presence we've ever had. Just Eric Lilja holding the fort. We couldn't help but laugh at the timing. The launch pulled me into commercial work for two straight days. When I came back to product, I had to scroll. And scroll. And scroll. Eric and his team of agents had shipped 50+ releases to production. In two days. One engineer. During a major launch! Conventional wisdom says you keep changes to a bare minimum during launch. Stability first. Don't touch what's working. But with well-orchestrated agents and the right guardrails, it turns out "bare minimum" looks completely different in 2026. Bug fixes, feature tweaks, design polish, docs, infrastructure work. Not just volume, but range. And the app didn't break. This genuinely wasn't possible 18 months ago. Not at this pace, not at this quality, not with one person. Kudos to Eric for keeping his agents at THIS velocity without breaking the app!

  • Your LinkedIn network has 500+ connections. At least 50 of them are potential clients or referrers. But which ones? We built Smart Tags to answer that. They work like a magnet 🧲 , pulling the right people from your network automatically. Define a category and Andsend's AI finds every matching contact. Not once, but continuously as your network grows. With Smart Tags in place, you start noticing what's been hiding there all along. The former client who just moved to a company you've been trying to reach. The contact from an event two years ago who now leads the exact team you're trying to get in front of. The important business partner who has been hiding in your network all along. Read how to find the clients already hiding in your network. https://lnkd.in/dsxFfbMt

Somewhere in your team's contacts is a warm path to your next client. Every person on the team has strong relationships, but those relationships stay locked in individual inboxes where nobody else can see them. So the firm ends up doing cold outreach to people it already knows. We just launched Company View to fix exactly that. One shared view of your firm's relationships, so the right person can always make the right introduction. For firms where reputation drives revenue, that visibility compounds fast. Our co-founder Alexandra Skagerholm walks through it in 3 minutes.

We’ve been quiet. Not gone. Building. The last few weeks: → Supporting account mapping pilots with boutique consulting firms → Keynoting at C-level conferences on relationship intelligence → Demoing for CMO networks who get that relationships > reach Every conversation reinforced the same thing: The professionals who win in 2026 aren’t the loudest. They’re the ones who know exactly who matters in their network and how to stay present with them. Not through more content. Not through better AI prompts. Through actual relationship strategy. That’s what we’re doubling down on this year. More soon on what we learned and what’s shipping next. For now: if you’re starting the year thinking about how to grow without feeling like you’re “doing sales” - you’re in the right place. Leader with extensive…1K followers

Six degrees of separation. Paketet kom alltid fram inom sex led. I dag?

Tomorrow, 17:30 CET ⏰ How to Land Consulting Clients (Without Being “Salesy”) Here’s the truth most consultants miss: People don’t hire your resume. They don’t hire your credentials. They don’t hire your 15 years of experience. They hire relief. The problem? Most consultants bury their value under frameworks, jargon, and polished LinkedIn speak. So when someone in their network actually needs help, they don’t think to call. Tomorrow, we're hosting a live session with Paula Gorman (Fractional Operations Leader & Executive Coach) on how to fix this. We’re covering: • How to articulate your value so people instantly get what you do • Why visibility doesn’t have to feel like self-promotion • How to turn your network into a referral engine This isn’t about posting more or “building your brand.” It’s about being unmistakably clear on the relief you create, so the right people know exactly when to reach out. Wednesday, December 10 17:30 CET / 8:30am PST Link to register in comments 👇 See you there.

How do you land your next consulting client without feeling like you’re stepping into full-on sales mode? A pattern I keep seeing is this: most consultants already have a strong network, but they rarely use it in a way that feels natural or sustainable. And the hesitation often comes from the same place: they don’t want to be salesy. On Wednesday next week, I’m hosting a webinar with Paula Gorman on how to approach this differently. Starting out as an operations strategist, Paula built a multi–six-figure consulting practice by working with the relationships she already had. Today, she helps solo consultants and freelancers design high-margin service businesses with a more intentional, process-driven approach to their network. The webinar will dig into: How to map your network, how to start conversations that don’t feel forced, and how tools like Andsend can simplify that rhythm so it becomes natural to keep going. If you’re dealing with something similar, join us next Wednesday! (Link in comments)
