About us
At Amplead, we love live music. We understand that arranging, performing and promoting shows has its challenges. By working closely with industry professionals, our mission is to provide an ever-expanding toolkit, designed for the Live Music Industry. We are a team of experienced tech and music industry professionals, who have come together to bring an affordable, all-in-one platform to help music industry professionals work more efficiently. Over the years, we have seen and felt first hand, the challenges facing the industry. Grassroots venues have been closing down at an unprecedented rate, talented artists have struggled to be heard through all the digital content noise, and incredible gigs have been failing to sell out. In response to these worrying scenarios, we decided to set up Amplead as the tool kit for the Live Music Industry. We felt by being able to give the industry all the right tools under one platform; we would be doing our bit to help the industry to flourish again.

Singer-songwriter Shannon Gillespie landed a support slot for Brooke Combe through Apply to Play, performing to a sold-out crowd and reaching a whole new audience. Here’s what she had to say about the experience: “Being selected to be Brooke Combe’s support act via Amplead’s ‘Apply To Play’ service allowed me to play at a sold out show and get my music heard by tons of new people. I gained experience on stage, new followers and my social media content of the show was shared by Brooke herself! What I learned from this experience is to put myself out there for as many opportunities as I can and Apply to Play is a great way for independent artists like myself to get opportunities that I may not have been able to be a part of otherwise." Thanks for sharing your experience Shannon, and huge congratulations on the show! 📷 Ianthe Photo
