In this clip, Eryk Salvaggio explores how generative AI images begin from noise. What looks like a corrupted file is actually the starting point for image generation: systems process vast datasets, map probabilities, and gradually resolve noise into recognisable visuals. But repeat the same prompts, and patterns emerge. In this hands-on session, you'll use your gestures, voice, and movement as sound inputs, then feed those into AI tools to generate textures, beats, and patterns you could never quite plan for 🌀🎶 Jak Woda will guide you through gesture-based synthesis (your webcam as a digital theremin), audio generation with EzAudio, and LLM-generated MIDI melodies. By the end, you'll have made something real: a mini-set, a sonic sketch, something entirely unplanned and collaboratively built with your limbs, fellow participants and a few neural networks 🧪 No music production or coding experience needed. Just bring a laptop, an experimental mindset, and a willingness to make some weird noises 🙂 🌚 ABOUT MATEUSZ Jak Woda [Mateusz Mieciek] (@quasiaqua) is a media technologist and artist from Warsaw, based in Copenhagen. He makes phygital tools, embodied musical interfaces, and participatory installations that invite everyone into the creative process, regardless of technical background. His work spans pose recognition, AI noise augmentation, and human-machine musical collaboration.
