In TRSS Abu Dhabi, retail and F&B teams joined forces to bring the excitement beyond the screen, creating football-themed experiences that added an extra layer of matchday buzz to their journey. At JFK T4, where New York is welcoming fans from around the world, dedicated merchandising is helping bring tournament excitement to passengers travelling through one of the world's busiest gateways. And in ARI offices in Dublin, there has been no shortage of Keepie Uppie challenges, with a table football tournament still to come. Here are a few of our June "joylights" from across our global locations: 🌟 Portugal Duty Free celebrated Portugal's National Day alongside Chef Fábio Bernardino, bringing terminals 1 and 2 to life with traditional Portuguese cuisine and a meaningful local experience for travellers. 🌟 TRSS Abu Dhabi partnered with Versace to bring the launch of Crystal Emerald to life, transforming the Essence of Arabia zone with a striking blue activation that invited passengers into a world of luxury. 🌟Aer Rianta International North America (ARINA) unveiled its Love Canada activation, showcasing 10 Canadian brands and celebrating Canadian products and craftsmanship with passengers passing through. 🌟Montenegro Duty Free and Cyprus Airports Duty Free launched new gift bags featuring local products, creating memorable keepsakes and a stronger sense of place for travellers. 🌟Dublin & Cork Duty Free marked World Oceans Day with engaging in-store displays and a Seabody pop-up, bringing beauty and sustainability together in meaningful passenger moments. 🌟 Muscat Duty Free (Oman Sales & Services LLC) partnered with Ajmal Perfumes to create an immersive fragrance experience, inviting passengers to discover oriental perfumes within a bright and welcoming activation space. 🌟 Bahrain Duty Free launched its Summer Sunglasses Campaign in celebration of International Sunglasses Day, highlighting the value and extensive product choice available through duty free shopping. The energy of Lisbon's Santos Populares arrived at Lisbon Duty Free ✨ We were proud to welcome the Marchas Populares da Penha de França, one of Lisbon’s most iconic neighbourhood groups and a vibrant symbol of the city's Santos Populares celebrations. For generations, the Marchas have brought communities together through music, choreography, colourful costumes and an incredible spirit of local pride. Seeing this tradition come to life in our Lisbon store was a wonderful reminder that travel is about more than destinations. It's about culture, connection and shared moments of joy. Sharing the richness of local heritage allows travellers to experience a genuine sense of place before they even leave the terminal.
