𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞, and still… one of the weakest links in modern lab workflows. When you work with µL, nL, cells, or genomic samples, “good enough” is not good enough. A recent Nature Communications paper shows a different approach: - integrated automated liquid handling - syringe-based flow instead of pipette tips - real precision, real reproducibility Less variability, less waste, more control. This is where lab automation is going. https://lnkd.in/dW7vZDvZ

𝐒𝐮𝐧, 𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐬 Yesterday, our CEO Maximilien took the stage at Micronarc Alpine Meeting 2026, alongside our co-founder and board member Simon Kuenzi. A strong moment, on stage and off. And it’s not over yet, the conference continues today. Meanwhile, Tristan is on the road in the Netherlands with Switzerland Global Enterprise and the Swiss Embassy in the Netherlands for a 3-day biotech mission. From Leiden Bio Science Park to High Tech Campus Eindhoven, it’s all about connecting ecosystems and building what’s next in life sciences. Two countries, one direction.

1 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐀𝐦 2026 𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬-𝐬𝐮𝐫-𝐎𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐧 We’ll be there, and Maximilien will take the stage to talk about real microfluidic integration challenges, from lab to industrialisation. If you're working on medtech devices, micro-manufacturing or fluidic systems, this session is clearly worth your time. Come and meet us there!
🚨 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗔𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 – 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 🚨 At the intersection of micro/nano technologies and healthcare, the 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 at #mAm2026 brings together key players driving innovation in medical manufacturing. With contributions from Advanced Microfluidics SA, Asyril and ADMEDES, this session will explore concrete challenges from microfluidics to high-mix production and advanced materials such as Nitinol. From process flexibility to industrialisation, discover how micro-manufacturing is shaping next-generation medical devices. ➡️ Session introduced and chaired by our sister cluster BioAlps - Life Sciences Cluster 🇨🇭 📅 20–21 April 2026 | Villars-sur-Ollon 🎟️ Registrations are open (early bird available through April 7th) 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eUYDYGtS #Medtech #MicroNano #Innovation #mAm2026 #MedicalDevices #MicroManufacturing

𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞, 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐚-𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰. Then it’s noise, instability, compromises. SPM HD is different: • 1,296,000 micro-steps • Stable flow where others drift • Integrated valve, up to 12 ports • Zero dead volume No tricks, just control. If your system depends on flow stability, you’ll get it.

1 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, 6 𝐀𝐌𝐅 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, 3 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 What a week that was. From Munich with analytica, to Paris for the User Days from Plateforme Technologique IPGG (UAR 3750), all the way to Singapore for the CfBi meeting (Centre for Business Innovation Limited), microfluidics kept us busy across three countries at the same time. Different places, different audiences, same goal: discussing real integration challenges, sharing ideas, and showing what precise fluid handling can enable in modern systems. A special shout-out to Clément for his very first presentation at IPGG, stepping on stage and delivering it smoothly. First of many. And of course, a big thanks to everyone we met along the way, partners, engineers, researchers, and curious minds. Always a pleasure to connect in person. Back to work now, with plenty of new ideas in the pipeline.

𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭. 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. Put them together: A non-thermal plasma microreactor enables direct C–H functionalization in continuous flow, at ambient temperature and pressure, without catalysts. In this Green Chemistry study, plasma turns a common solvent into a reactive species. Residence time, energy input, selectivity, all controlled in flow. Radical chemistry, but engineered. This is not plasma as a black box. It’s plasma as a tool for organic synthesis. More here: https://lnkd.in/eqm-b8RH
