ACCESS is proud to share that Chairman Emeritus Anson Zeall has co-authored the lead chapter of Stablecoins and the Future of Financial Regulation, a forthcoming policy e-book for policymakers published by IGI Global (2026), together with Loretta Joseph and Dr Jane Thomason. This academic volume follows the Commonwealth Model Law on Stablecoins and contributes to ongoing discussions on the regulatory future of stablecoins, digital assets, and financial innovation. ACCESS is pleased to introduce Zann Kwan, 关旨斌, CFA, who is standing for re-election as an ACCESS Treasurer.  Zann has served as Treasurer of ACCESS since 2015, supporting the organisation through multiple phases of growth and change within Singapore’s digital asset ecosystem. With a background in accounting and finance, she has worked closely with regulators including MAS and IRAS, contributing to discussions on taxation, regulatory frameworks, and compliance, and supporting constructive engagement between the industry and policymakers. Zann is currently the Managing Partner of Revo Digital Family Office, a family office platform supporting both traditional finance and digital asset wealth holders in assessing private banking and digital asset solutions. Zann’s Board and Treasurer candidacy statement: Looking ahead, my objective is to further elevate the positioning and visibility of ACCESS. While the association has done substantial and impactful work, particularly in its engagements with MAS, I believe there is an opportunity for ACCESS to be more prominent and widely recognised within the broader ecosystem.
