♻️ Our latest episode of Beneath the Surface is here! In each piece, we spotlight individuals whose work is creating meaningful change across the Cape Ann community, especially those whose efforts often happen behind the scenes. That mission led us to Andrew Brousseau of Black Earth Compost. After connecting with Andrew and learning more from team members Conor Miller, Justin Sandler, and Kylah Sanborn, it was clear they were making an impact worth sharing. In this video, get to know the people behind the composting process and learn how a small local effort grew into a regional composting force. From pickup routes to soil regeneration, this episode brings you inside the work of the people who are rethinking what we throw away, and how it can be turned into something that benefits us all.
