Partnering with Schools and Families to Design Pathways for Meaningful Work and Lifelong Vocation
Prepare Students for a Purpose, Not Just a Profession
Millions of adults are unsatisfied with their work, regularly switching majors, changing jobs, and quiet quitting. Life Architects believes the search for a fulfilling occupation begins long before entering the workforce — it starts as a student, learning who he or she was made to be as God’s individual creative masterpiece. Once a student understands who they were uniquely created to be, then they can discover the fulfilling work they are called to do. We call this intentional, community-oriented process vocational discipleship, and we specialize in bringing it to your campus.
Meet Tami Peterson
As the Founder and CEO of Life Architects, Tami brings decades of experience as an educator, college guidance counselor and career coach to schools across North America looking to transform their college guidance programs. Her approach centers around a vocational discipleship model she designed from her years of experience, which, rather than emphasizes what students should do, first identifies who God has made them to be. From there, students can explore fulfilling occupation options. She equips other college guidance counselors to do this same meaningful work on their own campuses through virtual trainings, plenary sessions and inservice presentations.
