Lifeline is Lake & Geauga Counties’ Community Action Agency

Community Action Agencies are nonprofit private and public organizations established to serve local community needs. For decades, we have helped hard-working Americans improve their own lives. Today, Lifeline, Inc. continues to serve its original purpose – helping aspirational working families become self-sufficient.

Program Requirements

All programs require completion of intake paperwork with one of our staff members, usually by appointment. Customers must provide income verification, social security numbers and birthdates for all household members, and other documentation as specifically required by each program. All customers must also be Lake or Geauga County resident, depending on service or program.
