Belynn Lam is a passionate and deeply experienced social worker and nonprofit strategist with over a decade of frontline and executive experience serving vulnerable communities across Southern California and beyond.

She founded Lam Global Investment & Consulting LLC to bridge the gap between heartfelt mission and scalable, sustainable impact. Her unique approach combines field-level compassion with boardroom-level strategy — delivering results that last.
