    • Global Centre of Excellence for Smoke & Grill Taste: Manitowoc, Wisconsin – Our newly renovated customer engagement and blending facility serves as the central hub for our four manufacturing locations across the US and Canada. This Global Centre processes all raw smoke from these locations, crafting unique, fire-side flavours, and distributes them to customers worldwide. The Centre is also equipped with customer engagement spaces for co-creation and innovation sessions.
    • Food Protection Facility: Rochester, Minnesota – A hub for food protection technologies, enhancing shelf life, texture, and nutrition through fermentation and cultured ingredients.

    • Dry Blending: Brampton, Ontario – Supporting simple and efficient dry blending. This facility enables flexible, small-batch production for agile reformulation and cost optimisation, as well as customised pack size to drive operational efficiency.
