DIVISIONS
The LABEL TECH division can rely on the latest generation of HD rotogravure and flexographic printing technologies. Specialized not only in labeling solutions but also in several innovative packaging solutions, such as multi-packaging or pre-glued labels, it stands as a market leader in reducing the weight and thickness of its products.
Irplast’s printed tape is produced with bi-oriented polypropylene film and water-based acrylic or hot melt adhesive. Film thickness from 19 to 50 μm. Flexographic print up to 8 colours and rotogravure print up to 10 colours.
The BOPP division of Irplast S.p.A.
focuses on specialty film for cigarette packs, labels and barrier packaging applications with converters and key end-users.
Our competitive advantage is given by: A) our unique Stilansol® technology by which we are able to manufacture simultaneous oriented polypropylene films; B) our vertical integration as converter by which we gained R&D expertise in pre adhesive coated linerless technologies for primary packaging and Converting of primary labels and printed tapes.
