The Eastside Utility District is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to pay utility bills online.

This is a fee-based service. For credit card transactions, the service fee is 2.95% with a minimum of $2.50. For electronic check (ACH/EFT) transactions the service fee is $0.95. For payments by phone there is an additional fee of $0.50.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
